I spoke with Mr Hanecak about a situation my dad was going through as a tenant and we needed some direction and understanding of what our options were, our rights and what we could do. He was very quick to take my call, extremely patient and kind listening to my entire circumstance and responded with very sound legal advice and information. I did not feel rushed or talked over, he was thorough and very knowledgeable.
